This is another image from my ongoing project to document the Saturn V rocket. This is the only image in my collection so far that was not taken at Johnson Space Center in Houston, however. This was shot at the New Mexico Space History Museum in Alamogordo where they have an F-1 engine (but not the rest of the rocket). I love this shot for it’s purely geometric, abstract composition – if you’re looking to make a bold, contemporary statement, this may be the canvas for you.
