Chicago, Illinois is one of my favorite cities. The downtown architecture is spectacular and could easily keep me occupied for a couple of weeks. This panorama was shot at sunrise on a very cold March morning when I was ill-prepared for the frigid wind off the lake. There was so much to shoot out on North Avenue Beach Pier but, after grabbing the panorama shots I wanted, I was too cold to stick around. I’ll have to get back there soon but remember to take gloves and a hat next time.
